We had a wonderful time. The location of the house was perfect and the house itself was very nice. The only issue we had is the gravel drive way. I myself took a tumble one day when my ankle rolled on the gravel. I really feel this should all be paved. Other than that it was a great time.

This was our second rental for Boxer Overlook. The house is beautiful and we enjoyed our stay. The view from the deck is beautiful! My only complaint was the spider webs in the corner of the doors leading into the house, out to the deck, and on the deck. I think these were neglected when the house was readied for our stay. The steep driveway is getting to be a little much for my elderly parents and we are talking about staying on a more level site.Only other complaint was that we had lots of extra pillows but no extra pillow cases. All in all though our stay was great!

Making the registration was very easy. We had a great stay at the house and ejoyed the hot tub, the pool table and the gorgeous view. The check out process was very easy as well. The house was very clean and welcoming. We will definitely be back!

We were staying for one week, we would like to have stayed longer!
We were 6 adults plus 4 kids, there was plenty of room for everybody!
There is a nice pooltable and a nice hottub, but the best of all was the view from the balcony, where we prepared nice bbq every evening!
Highly recommended property!!!

Boxer Overlook January 2014

Our group had a great weekend at this house. Our only issues were the icy driveway and check-out. Our cars had a lot of trouble getting out of the driveway because it was a sheet of ice, plus the stairs hadn't been shoveled or salted. On the last day, our access code to the house stopped working around 9 a.m., so we had to leave the door open a crack in order to get in/out while packing our cars.
