Available for the first 25 owners who sign on with a one year vacation rental contract between July 28, 2008 and September 15th, 2008.
The sign on bonus is based on the projected owner gross for one year. Taylor-Made Deep Creek Vacations will do a free projection for any vacation rental interested in coming on the rental market. We will credit your account (one year contract must be signed before September 15th, 2008) by January 31, 2009 or May 31, 2009 (if the property goes on winter block). Minimum number of weeks required. Please call for more information.
