Coming Together: Inside and out, Boulder House provides spacious and comfortable common areas for you to enjoy time together with friends and family. The Great Room lives up to its name with a ceiling height over 26' with three beautiful large exposed log trusses, a huge stone fireplace, and a prow with a wall of windows providing one of the most spectacular views of Deep Creek Lake you will find. The distant shore in the view is over 1.5 miles away! The huge deck provides you with ample space for outdoor dining or a relaxing evening enjoying the view of the quiet cove. Below the deck is a comfortable weather-protected patio with a large gas fire pit - rain or shine you stay dry outside! The landscaping includes a large patio with an unobstructed view of the lake and a walkway down to the dock. The dock provides more than just a 24' slip for your boat, it offers a perfect place to enjoy sunbathing and swimming in the lake on the 10' x 30' section of deck that includes a ladder for easily getting in and out of Deep Creek Lake.

Privacy: Boulder House lets you relax in the privacy of your own master suite! There is a full bath in each of its six bedrooms. You no longer have to share a small bathroom. You no longer need to carry your clothes into a shared hallway bathroom to avoid walking through a house full of people wearing only a towel!

"Master" Masters: Two of the six bedrooms deserve further description because of their size and amenities. These two large bedroom suites are each over 500 sq. feet. Each has its own sitting area with a gas fireplace and a view of the lake. Each also has a large walk-in closet, beautiful claw-foot tub, custom tile shower room, and separate toilet room. One of these large suites is on the main level and the other is on the lower level. The main-level suite provides a little less effort for guests that may find stairs burdensome.

Temperature Control: Boulder House uses three gas furnaces and eight temperature zones to allow each bedroom to have its own thermostat. This provides you with complete temperature control of your bedroom. If one guest wants their bedroom at a brisk 64 and another at a toasty 76, then no problem!

Kitchen: If you're a person that enjoys cooking, Boulder House is for you! The kitchen has beautiful solid-wood cabinets and granite countertops. A 4' x 9' single-level island provides great working areas. The 48" professional-grade Wolf range top has six dual-stack burners and a 11" x 23" uniform-heat griddle. The 52" Wolf hood provides great exhaust performance without the deafening noise because the blower is remotely located in the attic. Clean up is simple because there are two dishwashers, one on each side of the island sink - no longer will you be hand washing things that didn't fit in the single dishwasher. Whether you cook or you bring in your own professional chef, this kitchen will more than your needs!
