Very nice place to stay. Everything we needed was available. Would stay there again.

Very nice four days in this townhome. Very clean and well supplied. The gigantic jetted tub downstairs, which did not work, was difficult to climb in and out of for a shower and had no grab bars. This property overlooks a finger of the lake and is very pretty.

The rental itself was about a 5-7 minute walk from Wisp Moutains, which was so convenient and worth the money all in itself. The house is really comfortable for 6 adults and no really much more. very clean, well kept house with a surprising amount of kitchen utensils and silverware. we were able to cook with the supplies provided and get breakfast lunch and dinner for 6 hungry people up and going!

My whole family LOVED this place. We went to many places in USA and this is the BEST. The house is so CLEAN from inside to the outside. Couple steps down to the lake... We enjoyed and love it. The staff at the office were friendly and helpful. Specially, when we left I was so pleasure to talk to Nick. He was a wonderful customer service Rep. I will recommend this place special #44 to all my small family (70 people) and all my friends. We definitely will RETURN again. Also, the White Water Rafting is Amazing!

My daughters and I loved the place because it was exactly as described in the listing. Convenient to everything we wanted to do. Would stay here again! Our only complaint was that the balcony and patio were full of cobwebs. Wish those would have been cleaned before we checked in. There were a few inside the house as well, but I cleaned those up with a broom.

I felt the unit was very clean and enjoyable. It was a very nice location. Very close to wisp, and plenty of places to eat. Was just a little pricey for a two night stay. I would certainly stay here again and recommend it to friends.

Deep Creek Village is a convenient place to stay. We weren't far from activities and restaurants in town. We had enough room to spread out and relax. We didn't have a boat but I enjoyed sitting out by the water and watching the ducks.

This townhouse was very comfortable for our family of 4. This unit is the 3rd in from the end, and nice and quiet. Deck looks out onto the water. Very cozy!

Very good spot although I wish the view of the water was better; clearing shrubs or branches would improve the view. Served our needs adequately. Customer service was excellent; special circumstances were handled quickly and appropriately. Down side was the front step not to code-it was 10 inches high; a big step which made things difficult for our terminal brother to navigate. Also, Jacuzzi tubs jets broken. While overall decently cleaned there were cobwebs/spider webs in many places including along steps and in bathroom which should have been recently cleaned. Headboard was broken, items seemed dated and just adequate. Absolutely nothing special at all. It was ideal for the last minute trip planned for a dying relative (thanks to customer service and flexibility) but I would not stay there for my next trip.

My family had a wonderful experience in this property. It is very close (walking distance) from the Wisp main entrance. The property was exactly as it appears in the pictures. Parents of young children may want to know that the bedrooms are on two different floors divided by the main level.

The place was very outdated. When I pulled back the sheets on the king size bed they were torn and thin and I could see the mattress. Cleaniness was fair. On the couch and beds you could feel the springs. Needs work.

We spent a weekend at Wisp for some skiing. This townhouse was in the perfect location. It was a short walk to the lodge. The place itself was decorated very nicely and very well upkept. The bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious. We would love to come back in the summer and rent the same place, as it overlooks the water on the back side.

Decent size for a ski condo, clean and well-appointed, convenient location (definitely NOT ski-in/ski-out, it's a quick drive to ski parking but there's no way one could ever ski there), check-in procedure was very easy (we got a code for the door so could go straight to the unit and checked in at the management company the next day), the multi-step check-out requirements are a bit of a hassle (guests are to turn the thermostat down, turn the main water valve off, put all used towels in the bathtub, etc.).

We really enjoyed our stay! The apartment was perfect for our needs and Taylor Made was an excellent agency to work with. Would definitely stay at this place again!

Not great and not bad. The location is convenient and the unit is OK with everything you might need for a comfortable stay. The beds were mediocre and the unit, although clean has stained carpets. Overall I was satisfied for the price although I have stayed in more comfortable and nicer places.

We arrived fairly early on a Friday; about 5:30 pm and the office was already closed. It opened again on Sat at 9am; same time as the lifts. I'm not used to trying to get away from a ski day to register.
Generally the place was very nice. When the garbage disposal didn't work, someone came to fix it right away. My only other complaint was the fire wood was wet. We never were able to have a nice fire.
Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Practical and convenient. Would need a hand of paint and carpet cleaning.

Nice place and it had everything we needed. Property Management company was less than helpful in describing its location i.e. I'd asked if people swim right out in front at the docs, and no one does - contrary to what they'd told me.

Overall, nice location and close to everything. Slight water view, but very outdated and many things inside were overly used. Beds were uncomfortable.
- Lauren F. from Jessup, Posted: 08/20/2013
all good until last day we had until 10 am to leave, the pass code on front door was changed at 8 or 9 am, my son was locked in!! not happy with that!
- Cynthia B. from New Windsor, Posted: 07/24/2013
Overall the place was nice. Quiet and secluded, but within Walking distance to the lifts for wisp mountain. Nice view out the back. The only issue was the code we used to get in the front door stopped working on the last day of our stay. So someone had to stay inside the whole time so we wouldn't get locked out. The phone used to check in and out looked to be from 1992. It was in bad shape and would call random numbers when we were trying to contact the rental agency. And the master bedroom bed was only a "twin" size bed, but the 2nd bedroom in the basement had a huge king bed. Living room was nice.

Overall very good--However Jetted tube -the jets were not working =my wife loves this feature and the tube had soap scum that she had to clean.Other than that very good- this was the second year we stayed at this rental.
the office staff was GREAT is all aspects !!

Everything was so great, the house was in good conditions, clean, wireless internet worked well and fast. It was good We could bring our dog and everybody had a great time. We enjoyed the fireplace a lot.
- Anonymous from Leesburg, Posted: 11/14/2012
The place allowed for some much needed room for me and my three kids. We like the fireplace. If I had one thing to change-the comforters are a little old.
- Anonymous from Gaithersburg, Posted: 11/10/2012
Overall the property was in very good shape-HOWEVER - the home phone did not work-could not check in or out-- The jetted tube jets did not work.
The Taylor Made people were excellent- took care of all our needs

Our group of 4 and a dog had a fantastic stay at Deep Creek Village #44. We're planning to come back again. I also loved the Taylor-Made reservation process. Thanks!

Overall, the stay was great! The unit is attractive, well-kept, and located close to the ski resort. Note that it is not ski-in/ski-out, as the amenities suggest. Taking that into account, it could have been priced more cheaply.
