Head to the upper levels where you will find two more spacious bedroom suites. The first bedroom has a queen bed, a daybed with a trundle, as well as a large HD TV with satellite & Blu-Ray/DVD player. This room includes a 3-piece bathroom ensuite.  The second bedroom, overlooking the great room, offers a king bed, sky lights, a large HD TV with satellite & DVD player, and an incredible master bath that includes an oversized jetted tub, standup shower and dual sinks. Both bedrooms are furnished with your comfort and relaxation in mind. 

Everything you need to keep your crew entertained indoors can be found in the lower level family room. A large HD TV with satellite and Blu-Ray/DVD player, Surround Sound, wet bar, NEW pool table, and NEW 9’ shuffleboard table make this the perfect fun zone. The stone gas fireplace adds a warm ambiance that will keep you feeling cozy. Just off the family room are two bedrooms: a queen bedroom with HD TV & DVD player, and a bedroom with twin-sized bunk beds with a trundle bed and a HD TV & DVD player.

THE LAKE!!  The lake access is private to this community with 1800 feet of natural shoreline, shaded picnic tables, sandy beach entrance, large sandpit for kids, and a swim platform for all.  This is the perfect spot to swim, fish, relax, picnic, and enjoy the view. 

THE COMMUNITY!!  The neighborhood is a great spot for long walks, bike riding or a quick run. 

The best of Deep Creek can be found within a five to ten-minute drive. Restaurants, shops, marinas, golfing, and more are all close by. You will love the proximity to Deep Creek Lake State Park where miles of hiking trails, a sandy beach and The Discovery Center await you, as do the mountain bike trails for bike enthusiasts. Be sure to make time to visit Swallow Falls State Park too! Each of the three waterfalls is the perfect backdrop for your pictures! 

Drive a few minutes further to experience the endless adventures at Wisp Resort. You can ski, snow tube, and ice skate during the winter months. Throughout the rest of the year, their zip line, mountain coaster, ropes course, disc golf, archery, swinging bridge, Segway tours, and mountain bike trails provide lots of thrills. 
For the ‘adventurous rafter’ white water rafting is a 15-minute drive to the Upper Yough River.
