We rented the house having no idea how many would be coming and as it turned out, we had 11 spread over different days with some overlap. The bedrooms worked great. The one thing we missed was more living space as the kitchen, dining room and living room are combined in a very small area. Loved the Master in the basement!

This was the first time renting a house in Deep Creek so we don't have anything to compare it to, but the house was perfect for our family vacation! There was plenty of room for the 9 of us. The kitchen is stocked with everything we needed. There are only a few minor maintenance items; however, overall, the property is well maintained. Would definitely stay there again.

Very pleasant house, in a great location and very well equipped. Only thing would be some of the furniture is a bit old/starting to break so I was nervous about having anything break while we were there.
Very good overall though, would go back.

We stayed at Summer Haven over New Year's Eve and were delighted to have a nice snow storm while we there. The house is so close to the lake, and close to Wisp. We were very impressed that the inclined driveway and parking area outside of driveway were plowed while we were out and the walkways shoveled. We will definitely consider staying at this house again! Thanks!

We had a beautiful fall weekend staying at Lovely Summer Haven( Autumn Haven for us!) The home is adorable and the fire pit for cool fall evenings was perfect!!! Lunch at the Silver Tree Restaurant was delicious, cocktails while listening to a great band at the Honi Honi was fun, and barbecue sandwiches at Archies after a hike at Swallow Falls hit the spot!

Perfect!
This was our family's first trip to Deep Creek. We couldn't have had a better home to spend a few days together in a gorgeous environment! This home is beautiful and has every amenity a family of 6 could hope for. Looking out onto the lake from the deck with the leaves falling was breathtaking. In the evenings, lounging in the hot tub on the lower deck was incredibly relaxing with the lake and large trees around us. The bedrooms were incredibly comfortable and well appointed. There wasn't an appliance, or amenity that was missing from this home. The location is also wonderful for being close to virtually everything...we went to Deep Creek Lake State Park, Swallow Falls State Park, a cheese/wine pairing experience in Accident and hours spent laughing and catching up while playing board games at night. This is an amazing place to enjoy Deep Creek Lake...on the lake.

Had a very enjoyable stay at Summer Haven. It is a nicely laid out property with excellent lake front area. When we had an issue with the hot tub and smoke detectors, the Taylor Made staff were responsive, friendly, and took care of the issues very promptly. The boat dock could use some improvement - it is quite rickety. Also, I suggest that those staying in the bottom floor master suite not plan to use the shower in the suite's bathroom. It is a tall Jacuzzi tub and thus not easy to climb in and out of. Since I am short, I really had to straddle the tub to get in and out. Also, the shower curtain was quite stained. It wasn't a big deal though as my husband and I just used one of the other showers in the house.
