Step inside, and you are greeted by a towering wall of windows that reveal stunning scenes of the lake and surrounding mountains. Gleaming hardwood floors, cathedral ceilings and well-chosen décor make the great room a place where you can comfortably gather with your favorite people. Sink into the sofa to watch TV by the warm glow of the gas fireplace. This is the perfect spot to make relax as you switch into “vacation mode”.
The open floorplan makes entertaining a breeze! The kitchen is equipped with all the essentials to make your family meals that will refuel them after a fun day at the lake. Have dinner at the dining table, and then break out the board games after the dishes are cleared.
Access to the deck and screened porch gives you the option to dine outdoors when you are in the mood to barbecue. Everyone will love sitting down to eat with fantastic scenery and sunsets in the background.
The main level master suite is furnished with a queen bed giving you your own private haven when you want to unwind. Upstairs, you will find another huge master suite with a king bed as well as a TV.
Head to the lower level family room when you want to spend a leisurely evening at home. Warm up by the gas fireplace and watch TV while the kids play ping pong in the game room. The wet bar with a mini fridge gives you a place to keep your snacks and drinks handy.
Doors open from the family room to the patio that has stunning views and a nice sitting area right beside the bubbling outdoor hot tub.
Back inside, there is a master suite on the lower level with a queen bed and lake views. You will also find a bedroom with a queen bed on this floor. Both are decorated with a good night’s sleep in mind.
Community amenities will keep everyone entertained! Within a short drive you can enjoy lake access for swimming and fishing, an outdoor pool (open mid June-Labor Day), tennis courts, a playground and more!
Less than a mile from Vista Emmanuel is the Adventure Sports Center International. It is home to a manmade white water rafting course that will get your adrenaline pumping! During the winter months, you can park in their lot to access Wisp Resort’s ski slopes. Speaking of Wisp, their recreational opportunities are nearly endless! You can ski, golf, snow tube, ride the mountain coaster, play disc golf, zipline, and a whole lot more.
A five to ten-minute drive will take you to restaurants, marinas, shops, mini golf, state parks, and many other popular area attractions.

Great House
We had 2 families share this house. There was plenty of space. Kitchen was well stocked for meal prepping and cooking. And the views are AMAZING!!

Weekend Getaway
This condo had a great location for snowboarding/skiing. Short drive to top of wisp. Views were amazing. Condo needed updating.

Great home with spectacular views!
A group of five of us recently stayed in this home and we were definitely impressed! Not only is the home very spacious yet cozy, but the views are incredible! This was our first time staying in a home in this community but I can say without a doubt that this unit has the best views out of any home in the Overlook Mountain Villas. Not only that, but each bedroom is spacious and has a comfortable bed, ceiling fan, large closet, and en-suite bathroom! The home was clean and tidy and the kitchen is fully stocked for cooking and cocktails. There was also an outdoor grill but we did not use it. However, the hot tub was definitely put to use and it seems newer and was quite enjoyable. We would definitely stay here again! Additionally, the booking process through Taylor Made Vacations was great. The morning after I booked the trip, which, was a Sunday, I got a confirmation call to inform me that everything was processed and confirmed. We totally enjoyed your beautiful home with a spectacular view. It was nice to be so close to Wisp for those who hit the slopes on Saturday morning. The layout of the house was great as each couple was on a different level and you couldn’t hear each other. It was nice to just turn the fireplaces on with a switch; made great use of the ping pong table as well. All the windows on the backside of the house were the ultimate experience as we not only enjoyed the beautiful view but also the sunrises and the sunsets. We would definitely return to Vista Emmanuel!

A group of us traveled from VA to enjoy a COVID-safe Super Bowl gathering and celebrate my 30th birthday. The house and views were wonderful and everything we could have wanted for a weekend getaway. We loved the short drive to Wisp where we skied/tubed. Thank you. We will be back!

Breathtaking
What a beautiful spot! My family spent all day taking in the site of the lake and enjoying time together to end the year. The kids thought it was a Christmas village below and they loved all the snow they got to play in. The game room was a huge hit and the hot tub was lovely, even with the below freezing air temp.
