Very relaxing vacation in a great location. Layout of the home is perfect. Love the covered porch for those occasional pop-up showers.

Super easy experience, and painless quick check in. We absolutely love this house. The only issues we had were the oven and master suite fireplace. This is our second year at Welcome View Point and the oven temp. wouldnt regulate either year. Also the fireplace in the master bedroom didnt work either Year. I called to try and get it fixed but the super nice gentleman that came out to fix it had no luck, he stopped 2 different times!! He told me he would definitely have it fixed for next year when we came back!! Overall we love this house and will continue to return as long as we can have the same long weekend without having the seasons change on us. Thank you for a wonderful place to stay!!!

We stayed in Welcome View Pount. The house is beautiful! We had plenty of room for our extended family, the location is wonderful (quiet, yet close to everything) and swimming off the dock was fun.

Loved the property. Wonderful layout of the house and the covered deck was a definite bonus. Kept us covered in the rain! Great location with a nice flat lot so the short walk to the lake was easy.

We had a great time. The house is nice, clean and spacious. Nice back yard leading to the lake. The location is great, very private. But the best thing of it all was the management company, Taylor-Made is the great.

Comfortable home with plenty of room for a three generational family Fall gathering.

Welcome View Point was an awesome long weekend experience. Spent our days on the dock swimming and out nights in the hot tub. Spent one day at Swallow Falls beautiful water fall, easy to get to. House was beautiful. Highly recommend.

very nice, relaxing and memorable

This was a warm, simply decorated house with a great kitchen and diningroom that faced the lake. The bedrooms were fine with good matresses; one bedroom, which faced southwest did not seem to have ac. The path to the private doc was through pretty woods through which one had a view of the lake. There was a fire pit and picnic table near the lake and chairs on which to sit on the doc. The view faced east (the sunset was not visible) and we had not one nibble from a fish. Kayaking on this part of lake was great. We would certainly consider staying in this house again.

We had a wonderful stay at this house Memorial Day Weekend. The house was phenomenal--the pictures don't even do it justice. Set up was perfect. Has its own dock with long pool chairs which is great for lounging. Great porch set up too. Lots of seating, a table large enough for 12, and a big hot tub. No problems at all. Can't wait to stay here again soon!

very nice property. Quietly located at the end of a dead end road. House was very clean upon arrival. Had all the amenities that made the weekend go by without a hitch. Only draw back was the fireplace. Just could never really get to burn well (could have been because the wood was a bit wet). Highly recommend staying here

This home is decorated nicely to feel more like a home than a rental property. Lots of little "extras". The lighted path to the firepit and lakefront is a nice touch. Nice size hot tub. Only downfall was no where to store our bikes that we brought to ride the Allegheny Passage.

Weve spent a week at various water rentals for 20 yrs. This appears to be a new rental for the owner/management company. Excellent taste and quality overall, great towels. A nice house in a nice location. The first floor and grounds are elderly friendly. The master bedroom shower, the only one elderly accessible, didn't work. After several calls, the management company did, to its credit, tear out the back wall and replace the controls two days into our stay. Upstairs shutters only primed. Downstairs bath needed a second coat of paint. The LP tank on the grill was low. The kitchen was marvelous BUT we're all avid cooks, and it was dim, even after we replaced a 65 watt floodlight. The reflectors over the main sink absorb too much light. This could be fixed by installing 15W LED Bulbs, an 85W equivalent . Also, there were only one small and one large warped frying pan,the kitchen could use a couple of 4 quart pans to complement the few small and large stock pans that were provided. Knives were OK, but no sharp paring knives or a bread knife. With these few minor fixes, this could become the best rental kitchen we've been in. Similarly, adding nightstands to the other side of the queen and king sized beds would be an improvement. All in all, the good points prevailed, and we concluded that the misses were due to this property being new to the owner/management because so much care has been put into making this a very high quality experience.

Great place for the "Little Guys". We have 6! There is every thing one would need right there. Just finished our 4th. yr. and we can't wait to return!

Only downside was the grill was difficult to light and stay hot.

Recently rented this home for a weekend with some friends. There were five couples total, and there was more than enough room for everyone. The home was clean, cozy, and as described on the website. We all agreed that we would rent the home again for a future stay at the lake.

the only thing the property needed was an exhaust fan for the fireplace and an up to date radio. the furnishings were great. nice place to stay anytime of year

The home was very well maintained and very cozy we loved the layout of the home definitely will comeback ... I do have a few suggestion , the living room tv definitely needs an upgrade my kids could not use there ps3 for movies (Netflix ) needs Hd connection the internet was a little slow and kept turning off and on the grill out side needs some attention burners not working properly and last the gas fire place in the master there where no instructions on how to use and I thought to my self if I where to try and figure it out I could burn the house down so we did not attempt to turn on something to think about .. Other than that we loved the house

We have rented from many different agencies over the years in many places but found that Taylor Made was the most pleasant and accommodating agency we have worked with. The property was well maintained, clean and very comfortable. Would definitely recommend them to anyone!

Beautiful lakefront/woods feeling. Nice tall trees in the yard with a great firepit right along the water. What a location for it. House was very nice. Owners seem to have pride in the house. Beautiful/fully equipped kitchen. Great outdoor decor all through the home. I know when we return to the lake, this will be the place.

My girlfriend just finished her masters up and for a present i took her and her friends to the lake. Everyone enjoyed, it was still a lil chilly when we went but the had plenty of space for us to lounge around in and the fire pit located next to the lake was well used. Might just rent this one again in august or july

The house itself was simply dazzling, and unexpectedly so. Clean, well maintained and visually appealing, our group was very happy with the rental for the 2nd year in a row and will return next year. I need to add that the staff were great from beginning to end. Thanks!

Wonderful- except one big problem- we arrived it was late- and 14 degrees outside- we had no heat- by the time we woke in the morning the thermostat read 50 degrees- we called- maintenance arrived very quickly with space heaters and said the house was out of fuel- so first night rough- other than that- stellar

Our group had a great time. It snowed the weekend we where there and the streets and driveway was cleared out the next morning.
