Tennis Court Rules

The courts are open 24/7, but they are not lighted. Please keep court time to one hour when others are waiting. No bikes, skateboards or roller blades on the court. Please remove all balls, containers and water bottles when leaving.

Pavilion Information

Located adjacent to the pools and tennis courts. The pavilion has comfortable chairs and tables for family picnics and a bring-your-own-firewood community fireplace. All fires must be extinguished by 11 pm. Please turn off pavilion lights when finished and throw trash in the designated dumpsters in the parking lot.

Playground

Open year-round. Adult supervision is recommended for the safety of little ones.

Walking Paths

Deep Creek Highlands offers miles of beautiful, serene walking paths and trails through the woods and along the lake offering a great routine to get your steps in while on vacation. Paths and trails are either paved, wood chipped or naturally created.

Parking

Parking is not permitted on the road. Violators are subject to being towed at their own expense. Additional parking is available at our office upon request. Please call 301-387-5999 to inquire about leaving additional cars in our parking lot.
