A few ground rules before you setup your account with us. By accepting these terms of service, we need you to certify (pinky-swear!) that you not a cold-war spy, a witch-doctor, a pirate or a nosy real estate agent from down the street, trying to find our 'secret sauce'. Before we can show you ALL the MLS listings currently available or display certain types of data, our MLS data providers (MRIS) require you to acknowledge that you're considering Taylor-Made Deep Creek Vacations & Sales (TMDCVS) as your real estate agent.
That may sound kind of odd, but remember: you have no obligation to work with a Taylor-Made DCV&S salesperson to buy or sell a home. You have the final say in who you hire to represent you, but by proceeding you agree to become a client of Taylor-Made DCV&S. If you are unable or unwilling to abide these terms, you must leave this site right now and continue to browse the public side of our website.

TMDCV&S expressly prohibits other Maryland licensed real estate agents from creating an account or accessing any other persons account on our website for any reason, be it intentional or accidental. Data contained herein is exclusive to TMDCV&S, our trade secrets, and our general know-how.
If you are exclusively working with another real estate agent, you cannot create a client account on our website, but can continue to browse as a general member of the public. (You can also feel free to utilize our full-service property management department!)
- You acknowledge that the multiple listing service (MRIS), which supplies all of the listing data, owns all data and you acknowledge the validity of MRIS's copyright to such data.
- TMDCV&S also explicitly authorizes MRIS employees or their duly authorized representatives to access our website for the purposes of verifying compliance with MRIS rules and monitoring the display of Participants' listings on our website. They supply they data and we display it according to their rules - 100%.

Breath taking views for miles. Unpretentious from the outside yet utterly Impressive on the inside, this architect/designer house exudes quiet sophistication.
