In-house services save our owners money and give them peace of mind knowing that their property is in skilled hands.  Our Maintenance Department is designed to provide small repairs at an affordable cost.  The cost for normal, every day service calls – such as unplugging toilets, lighting pilot lights, working electronics, etc – is built into what the guest pays. Other companies charge the owner a trip fee plus labor. We build it in, so the owners are not paying for operating errors, and guest issues get prompt attention. 

  • We work closely with area vendors to negotiate discounts for our owners.
  • Firewood, lawn care, snow plowing, and dock maintenance are services that we provide to control unnecessary outgoing owner costs.
  • Your Owner Representative can identify when maintenance is needed and works around your reservations, thereby preventing any issues that may arise during their stay.

Communication is key to a successful partnership.  We go above and beyond to be sure our owners feel connected to what’s happening at their home.

  • An Owner Representative is assigned to each property and acts as your onsite “eyes and ears”. They provide you with updates about reservations, maintenance items, inventory, suggestions from guests, and more.
  • Owners Net keeps you connected to your property online. You can log in to see your reservation history, service orders, statements, past newsletters, etc.  
  • Jodi Taylor Refosco, Joe Refosco, and Chad Taylor founded this company in 2008 and are actively involved in the day-to-day operations. That means they are easy to reach when you need them and that they are hands-on when it comes to refining processes and overseeing employees.  To put it simply – They care, a lot.
