Each owner is assigned an owner representative who inspects & secures the property after each departure within 48 hours. They will "walk the wall” as they inspect your property ensuring to check every drawer, underneath every bed, in every cabinet, and behind every door. They will inspect for any damages that may occur during a reservation and contact you with the best way to go about fixing any maintenance issues. They will follow through on all work orders and keep you abreast of any issues that are outstanding. They will handle all in-house paperwork that needs tended to for work orders, Accidental Damage Waiver, and vendor assignments. Your owner rep will coordinate with you on assigning vendors (lawn, plow, fuel, etc.). They will monitor your property reservations and make suggestions regarding general upkeep or upgrades that could improve your revenue. They are available to you for any questions regarding your property.

Our Hot Tub Department is designed for premier servicing by our Maryland State Certified technicians. Your hot tub will be cleaned after every departure and every four days while rented. This service is free to our owners and non-revenue owner guests while staying at their property.

Because our maintenance department was designed with owners in mind, we can provide small repairs at an affordable cost. The Basic Maintenance Plan helps to minimize costs for owners. Our maintenance team is made up of qualified technicians that can handle all small repairs, replacements, troubleshooting, and the everyday questions guests may ask.
