Chad Taylor is one of the owners of Taylor-Made Deep Creek Vacations & Sales along with his sister and brother-in-law, Jodi and Joe Refosco.
With more than twenty years of experience in the vacation rental industry, Chad started his career as part of the reservation team at a Deep Creek Lake property management firm. His passion for technology led to a rapid transition to the company’s IT Department. Recognizing the potential for expansion, he went on to partner with others to form Silicon Travel in the Outer Banks of North Carolina. Today, these two companies manage more than ten thousand wireless networks in vacation homes from Maryland to California.
As one of the owners of Taylor-Made Deep Creek Vacations & Sales, Chad oversees the Accounting and IT Departments. He also manages the Marketing Team bringing using his tech knowledge to insure they are always on the cutting edge. In 2015, Chad and his partners in Taylor-Made, Jodi and Joe Refosco, launched a real estate division. That same year, he earned his real estate license. He heads up a team of more than 40 sales agents. Under his leadership, 2019 sales exceeded $100 million.
