My experience with the Deep Creek Lake area began when I started spending summers visiting my grandparents here at the age of six. As an adult, I was drawn back to Garrett County and relocated with my wife, Sandy, and my son, Brad in 1978. I spent many years working at McClive’s Restaurant, a longtime local favorite that was located on Deep Creek Drive. This experience connected me with many local residents as well as second home owners and served as a springboard for me to enter the burgeoning real estate market in 1990. My real estate career began with Better Homes & Gardens which later became Long & Foster. I was a consistent Gold Team Member and formed the Nesline Team of Realtors when my wife retired from her career as a Garrett County educator/administrator in 2001. My son also joined the team in 2006.
I’m passionate about serving my community and have been a member of the Bittinger Volunteer Fire Department for 37 years, a member of the Northern Garrett Rescue Squad for 15 years, an assistant 4-H leader, and an assistant wrestling coach for the 12 and under youth league. I continue to enjoy many of the activities that drew me back to the area - skiing, snowboarding, boating, waterskiing, windsurfing, hunting, golf, and trout fishing.
In my career as a REALTOR®, it has been a pleasure share the place that I call home with others. Connecting buyers and sellers through seamless transactions is my strength, and I welcome the opportunity to work with you.
"Larry is outstanding! I came back to him after working with him several years ago. He looks at a property as if he was buying it then adds his expertise in looking at the uncommon things. I highly recommend Larry and look forward to working with him, again." ~ Joseph C. Elliott
