-Marlyand is in Phase 3 of recovery. Visit the Maryland State Government website to see the full Roadmap to Recovery.

-Maryland requires masks in public settings. 

-In-person check in is no longer required for arrivals. Our office is open at reduced capacity. Guests can easily reach us by calling our office at 301-387-5999. We are available 7 days a week.

-If you have plans to travel to Deep Creek in the near future, plan to follow guidelines established by the CDC. That includes proper hand hygiene.

-If you have questions regarding COVID-19 while visiting Deep Creek Lake, you can call the Garrett County COVID-19 Hotline at 301-334-7698.

-While visiting our community, please practice social distancing.

Below are links to helpful information for guests visiting the Deep Creek Lake area. 

-Restaurants are permitted to offer indoor dining at 50% capacity and with restrictions in place. Outdoor dining (weather permitting) and takeout are also available. Many restaurants are providing updates via Facebook.

-Retail shops are open at reduced (75%) capacity with social distancing measures in place. We encourage you to call first to confirm the business is definitely open, hours of operation, etc.

Real Estate

Our real estate division has been utilizing technology to make sure buyers, home owners and agents are kept safe and still informed on the local market. We have been keeping up to date with any changes and requests by local, state and federal agencies. 

-Agents are using a variety of resources including paperless transaction management, digital signatures, virtual tours and live video feeds via Facetime, Google Hangouts and Facebook.

-We have been conducting Virtual Open houses in place of physical open houses. 

-Physical showings have had some changes in procedures.  Agents and clients are traveling in separate vehicles. Agents are opening homes and preparing the showing while maintaining the encouraged social distancing requirements along with wiping down door handles before and after entering rooms.
